  • Episode 58: Journalling Through Life PLUS An Exciting Announcement
    Oct 19 2025

We have been dreaming up this episode for a very long time and are so excited it is finally here!

We begin with post-market chats and how it has become one of our favourite ways to celebrate homeschooling in all its uniqueness.

Gemma dives into how journalling has been a tool that has brought so many beautiful benefits to her life. We have both fallen in love with the process of writing out our inner most thoughts and the emotional shift that comes with it. We further dicuss how it has supported our experience as homeschooling parents and navigating this unique role.

Keep listening as we share our big plans and create another beautiful branch to the Sisters Who Homeschool Podcast. We hope this will be hugely impactful to the homeschooling community and we cannot wait for you all to join us on this new journey.

  • Episode 56 - Resting and Reflecting
    Oct 5 2025

We are back from the holidays rested and ready with big plans as we head into Term Four and the end of 2025 (it feels too soon to be saying this, but we are here!!). It is starting to heat up here in Queensland which means our schooling is going to shift into early-morning group meets and pool swims, followed by arty afternoons under the air con.

Holly chats about her plans to follow in Gemma's footsteps as her family dives into mythology and all the crafty vibes she plans to bring in to slowly finish up the year. Gem gives us a dose of nostalgia with a current interest in music videos in her house right now! She also chats to us about new plans for her term she has coined the 'monster mash-up'. And of course, there is a bit of library love nestled in amongst it all.

    Aug 17 2025

We are at the halfway point of the term (and the year), even if it took us a moment to realise it!

Gemma catches us up on how her family has been inspired by all the things from Norse mythology to mermaids! It has been the topic that has kept on giving as they have adventured through many stories from across the world.

Holly has been busy exploring World War Two with her homeschoolers, focusing on rationing, victory gardens and cooking techniques to stretch everything further.

We also have a hot tip for a new resource to add to your homeschooling library!
