Being a human in 2026 just feels challenging. We are being called to show up to our day as all the versions of ourselves, stay informed, be compassionate, stay present, still feel joy, take care of ourselves, when the reality is we are living in an ever connected world with so much at our fingertips.
I don’t even have to explain this to you because you get it too. Lately my anxiety has been creeping up really quick and in some moments it feels all too consuming.
So today, I just want to share some of the things that I have done in the past week to take care of myself in order to not feel as anxious all of the time.
My hope is that this simple reflection of what has worked for me this past week, will serve as encouragement for you as you process and live out your life in the next coming weeks!
