Initially, she attempted to work 40 hours a week, which resulted in severe "energy sickness" manifesting as symptoms similar to food poisoning. She eventually realized that her body could not sustain that volume of energy work. Today, she maintains a sustainable practice of 3 to 5 readings per day and emphasizes the necessity of "energetic hygiene," which includes regular Reiki sessions and therapy to process the emotional overflow inherent in her work. Literature and Legacy Joelle has authored two distinct books: a children’s book inspired by her godson that teaches kids a "bubble of protection" prayer to manage nighttime fears, and a guide for partners of mediums. The latter was written to help couples navigate the relationship shifts that occur when one partner undergoes a sudden spiritual awakening, drawing from her own husband's experience of adapting to her new path.
