He owns hundreds of units with no partners -including multi-family, single-family long terms, and of course, short term rentals.

Great Information

It's great to hear content like this. I am going through an issue with our STR A/C and I was glad to see this show on the episode guide. I wish thermostats were covered a little, but perhaps they are in another episode. I was also happy to hear that buying a Trane HVAC system for our place was the right decision!
