In this episode of the show, Sarah sits down with Kaye (retired nurse, florist and taxi driver, plus - and most importantly - mum to Sarah and five others, as well as grandmum to 9 squirts!), about what we can learn about mumming and parenting from the 1989 comedy, Shirley Valentine. Using the film's depiction of mothering and family as their jumping-off point, the mums chat about challenges of supporting your kids with something you don’t agree on, navigating the tough stuff and being true to yourself as a mother.

Don't come expecting definitive answers or paths to parenting greatness. This is just two ordinary, imperfect mums getting real and having a chat.
