  • Episode 36- Braces reminded how to appreciate
    Apr 14 2026

I spent the day at the dentist with my kids… and somewhere between appointments, something shifted.

Watching them get their braces made me realize how much goes into building kids’ confidence—and how easy it is to overlook where that support comes from.

Some parents are the face of the family—the ones you see in the day-to-day moments. Others are working behind the scenes...providing, planning, and showing up in ways that aren’t always visible to someone on the outside, looking in.

This episode is about learning to appreciate both… and recognizing the love, effort, and intention that shape our kids, even when it doesn’t always look the same.

If you’re navigating parenting roles, raising confident kids, or trying to be more intentional in how you show up for your family, this conversation is for you. Be sure to hit follow! Let's chat! dm me on Instagram!

Episode 35: If I Went Missing… Apparently I’d Be Found Wearing a Rock Shirt

I asked my kids to describe me in case I ever went missing… and WOW 😅
They locked in on one thing: my “I ❤️ Dwayne” shirt (yes, Dwayne Johnson himself).

Somehow my last known location is my Aunt Sylvia’s house in California…
They gave a very vague description (hair, eyes… that’s it), and one of them said I’m “Hispanic but also Black”???

So yeah… we clearly have some work to do.

But for real—this episode is your reminder:
Our kids need to know important info like phone numbers, addresses, and how to describe their people.
And who to go to if they need help—police officers, firefighters, or even a safe adult like a mom with kids.

Because the laughs are cute… but the lesson matters.

  • Episode 34 - I just relized this at 2am
    Mar 31 2026

You know that moment… when you’re finally asleep and your brain decides it’s the perfect time to remind you that you messed something up?

    Yeah… that.

In this episode, I’m talking about the middle-of-the-night realization that I completely mixed up dental appointments… plus everything else piling up—my sister in town, Easter coming up, my husband’s birthday next week… and oh yeah, the Christmas gift I LOST and thought I could magically give him for his birthday 🙃

If your brain feels like 47 tabs are open at all times… you’re not alone.

This is for the moms who are doing their best… even when it feels like everything is happening at once.
