    In advance of this episode, I sent Sara Frenza, published fitness model, writer, nutrition & body transformation coach and the owner of Sara Frenza Fitness and Nutrition, my weekly food journal and exercise log. I was feeling righteous because I had cut wine out during the week, added Pilates, yoga and weight training to my agenda and yet I still gained 2 lbs!
