Amazing podcast with 100% applicable tips

I really appreciate thoughtful podcasts like this that cover psychological and neurological aspects of behavior (in this case public speaking). I am only a few episodes in, but I’ve already learned so much and improved my anxiety around public speaking. Thank you so so much for putting this out there!
