  • You Got What You Wanted, So Why Doesn’t It Feel Amazing?
    Mar 16 2026

You’ve ticked the boxes. Built the business. Reached the goals you once worked so hard for.

So why doesn’t it feel the way you thought it would?

In this episode, Shelley explores a powerful question many ambitious women face: what happens when you achieve the dream, and it no longer fits? When life looks successful on paper, yet something feels slightly disconnected.

This isn’t about being ungrateful or burning everything down. It’s about recognising that you’ve evolved, and your definition of success may need to evolve too.

If you’ve ever wondered whether the goals you’re chasing still belong to the woman you are today, this conversation will give you permission to pause, reflect, and realign.

In this episode, you’ll hear how to:

    1. Recognise when you’ve outgrown a definition of success that once motivated you
    2. Understand why high-achieving women often feel disconnected after reaching their goals
    3. Reflect on what success actually looks like for you now

If this episode sparked something for you, send Shelley a message or tag her on Instagram and share what it made you reflect on.

  • How To Stay Grounded When The World Feels Uncertain
    Mar 11 2026

Right now many people are navigating uncertainty, unsettling headlines, and the tension that comes from not knowing what might happen next. When things feel uncertain it is easy to slip into overthinking, constant news checking, and a nervous system that never quite switches off.

In this honest and personal episode, Shelley shares what it has been like living through recent events in the Middle East while still trying to show up for life, work, and the people who rely on her.

This is not a political conversation. It is a real reflection on how we lead ourselves through uncertainty.

Shelley talks about the emotional impact of constant updates, the disappointment of cancelling her Dubai retreat, and the mindset shift that helped her reset and move forward again.

Because the truth is this. The world has never been completely stable. Yet courageous women have always kept building their lives anyway.

If things feel uncertain in your world right now, this episode will help you slow down, reconnect with what you can control, and take the next step forward with intention.

Listen now and remind yourself that courage does not require certainty. It simply asks you to keep moving forward.

  • The Labels We’ve Given Ourselves: Are They Helping or Holding Us Back?
    Mar 2 2026

In todays world most of us are more self-aware than ever. You can name the pattern. The trigger. The diagnosis.

    But you’re still stuck.

In this episode, I’m exploring where self-awareness stops helping and starts holding you back. Because insight is powerful, but insight alone doesn’t change your life. Action does.

    This isn’t a call-out. It’s a self-leadership conversation.

If you’ve ever said “That’s just how I am” or used a label to explain why you’re not moving forward, this one’s for you.

    Inside, we explore how to:

    1. Recognise when a label has become a shield rather than a tool
    2. Shift from identity-based thinking to pattern-based awareness
    3. Take one small, courageous step without “fixing” everything first

You can honour your reality and still lead yourself forward.

The label might shape how you do things, it doesn’t get to decide if you do them.

  • Why You Break Habits (and How to Make Ones That Stick)
    Feb 23 2026

I'll say this now ... You’re not lazy. You’re probably not actually as inconsistent as you think either!

But you are tired of starting things and not sticking to them.

If you’ve ever berated yourself with the thought, “I know what I should do … so why don’t I just do it?” then this episode is for you.

Habits shape your energy, your focus, your confidence and your results. Not motivation. Not big plans. Not a new notebook on a Monday morning.

In this episode, I break down why habits really fail, and it’s not because you lack discipline. You’ll learn how the habit loop actually works, why your current habits are doing something for you (even the unhelpful ones), and how identity plays a bigger role than willpower ever will.

    You’ll hear how to:

    1. Understand the cue, craving, response and reward driving your behaviour
    2. Shift from outcome-based habits to identity-based change
    3. Build small, anchored habits that are actually sustainable

You don’t need to overhaul your life.

You need one small shift that aligns with who you’re becoming.

If this landed, hit follow and share it with a woman who needs it.

Or better yet, DM me the one habit you’re committing to this week over on Instagram @shelleybosworthofficial. I’d love to cheer you on.

  • You have to have the courage to fail, even when no one is watching
    Feb 16 2026

It's not always that you’re not scared of failing in public.

What if I said I think you’re more scared of what you’ll say to yourself if you don’t follow through.

This episode is about the failure no one sees. The promises you make to yourself. The habit you said you’d build. The goal you swore this would be the year for. And then… you didn’t do it.

Private failure hits differently. Not because others judge you. But because you judge yourself. And that slowly chips away at your self-trust.

In this honest, straight-talking episode, I’m unpacking why letting yourself down feels so heavy, and how to rebuild trust without shame, perfection or dramatic reinvention.

    You’ll hear how to:

    1. Recognise when self-judgement is becoming your identity
    2. Shift from shame to self-trust after you miss the mark
    3. Build courage through small, repeatable micro-commitments

Courage isn’t in the big declarations. It’s in the quiet decisions no one else sees.

If this resonated, come and find me on Instagram @shelleybosworthofficial and tell me: what’s one promise you’re going to make to yourself this week — and keep?

And if someone came to mind while listening, share this episode with them.
