I spoke with Christine Friberg from Mother Daughters MN. Christine lost her mom at a very young age, and lost her father when she was older. In this episode, Christine introduces us to her father, Dr. M, and shares many pieces of advice, my favorite of which happens to be our discussion around grief and trauma. Using the words "my trauma" instead of stopping at the ever elusive and mysterious "grief."
