Shameless: Part 2

A continuation of "Shameless: Part 1," We share how shame has colored our own identity. As with all of our teachings, there seems to be an identity crisis that we must address in order to truly show up in a way that honors us. The collective identity crisis as well as the individual crisis is rooted in shame. Safe spaces to have conversation when shame rears it's ugly head, is a really great step in resolving this crisis. Has shame caused you to abandon yourself? There are some real life lessons here we hope will bring you back to your own greatness and divine acceptance.
