In this episode of Owning She host Shena L. Vee speaks with Empowerment Expert and 6X author 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐏𝐡.𝐃. Dr. Bakari goes in-depth on why women are having fewer orgasms than men and says that women should make it a requirement before consenting to penetration, and why we should play by the "Four Rules" of sexual consent.
Dr. Rosenna Bakari, a Philadelphia native, is the author of six books related to emotional resilience. She teaches psychology and counseling courses at the university level and is also a spoken word artist. As an empowerment partner, she works with clients to support life changes, help resolve trauma, and reset healthy life narratives. She bases her practice on an 8-week empowerment curriculum she developed. Many of the activities she uses are included in her book, “The Healing Journey.”
