  • Episode 34: Painful Bladder Talk - Special Guest
    Apr 14 2026

In this episode, we’re diving into a topic that so many people experience but rarely get clear answers on: painful bladder symptoms and the connection to the pelvic floor.

This week we have a special guest, Heather Florio. CEO of Desert Harvest and a leader in women’s health advocacy, we unpack the often misunderstood world of bladder pain, chronic UTIs, and pelvic dysfunction.

We explore how UTIs are frequently misdiagnosed, why symptoms can persist even when tests come back “normal,” and how the pelvic floor plays a much bigger role than most people realize. This conversation sheds light on conditions like interstitial cystitis, the overlap between physical and emotional symptoms, and what actually helps when traditional approaches fall short.

Whether you’ve been dealing with recurring UTIs, unexplained pelvic pain, or just want to better understand your body, this episode offers insight, validation, and a more holistic perspective on healing.

  • Episode 33: Desire in a Culture That Punishes It
    Mar 17 2026

Why do so many women feel shame around intimacy and sexual desire? In this episode, we explore how cultural messages, expectations, and stigma can shape the way women experience desire, connection, and vulnerability in relationships.

We talk about how shame around sex and intimacy develops, how it shows up in adult relationships, and how it can quietly affect communication, connection, and self-worth. Most importantly, we discuss ways to begin unpacking those beliefs and creating healthier, more empowered relationships with desire and intimacy.

If you’ve ever struggled with feeling like your needs or desires were something to hide, this conversation is for you.

  • Episode 32: Foreplay Isn't Sexy When You're Doing the Dishes
    Feb 17 2026

We’re talking about the invisible labor in relationships, the mental load, the admin side of life, the planning, the remembering, the organizing and how it quietly erodes desire. Because here’s the truth: When one partner is carrying the mental checklist of the household, foreplay doesn’t feel sexy… it feels like another task. If you’ve been feeling disconnected, fighting more, or wondering why intimacy feels harder lately this conversation might shift everything.
