Setting The Tone

Controlling your emotions can be a challenge when we are faced with difficult conversations in business, relationships, family, friends etc. How do you make clear decisions moving forward? How will people respect us? My journey has been filled with experiences I have chosen to evalutate and learn from. My greatest character strength now is being assertive in my word and the actions that follow after that.
