Episode Description
In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I share how you can approach goal setting in a way that removes pressure, builds consistency, and helps you trust yourself more over time. Instead of chasing goals and constantly falling short, I walk you through setting minimum daily actions that are just below your current capabilities. This keeps you in a calm, deliberate headspace where exceeding your goals becomes the norm.
We talk about how this applies to water intake, eating produce, workouts, and even stretch goals that push you outside of your comfort zone. The goal is not perfection. The goal is showing up, executing your daily actions, tying them into weekly goals, and stacking success over months and years.
When you build from this foundation, you no longer feel like you are running after your goals. You are running through them. This takes the edge off the mental side of fitness and weight loss while still respecting the emotions involved. And when you learn to crush your daily actions, your long-term results take care of themselves.
