I liked the idea of this being an exposé. The receipts are a bit light. Undeniably, someone took advantage of Afgahn drug infrastructure to rebuild the opium/heroin pipeline after the Taliban took it down. My vote is for the Heart of Darkness found in L@ngliɛ.
