Our friends label us. Social media labels us. Other generations label us. And, the world tries to label us, but only Jesus has the authority to say who we are. When the world wants to define us by our struggle, God says, “you are not your anxiety, and you are not your depression; you are my beloved son or daughter." In this session, we’ll discover that we can live a life of mental health by knowing who we are in Jesus.
