God’s covenant, salvation, and faithfulness do not depend on anyone or anything other than Himself, His Word, and His perfect character! We can and should remember, rejoice in, and rest in that! 2) God Provides For His People’s Needs.The book of Samuel constantly reminds us that God provides everything His people need by showing us our need for Jesus and pointing us to His greater work for us! 3) God Works Through Unremarkable People and Places.
