Season final: On saying f**k to being hard on yourself, and just take it easy

On the season final where we're ending the month of January on the note of being easy on yourself. I'm reflecting with you on what we need goals or and if we actually need them. Yeah, I guess we don't need or should do anything in life, but goals can be motivating until they make you freeze or make you being too hard on yourself.
