Hello, my spectral sweethearts! 👻

We open this week with Linda reliving a recent accident (don’t worry, she’s still upright) before launching into her latest travel saga — involving a very questionable restaurant/hotel combo she’s managed to book. You’ll want to bring your own cutlery... and maybe a priest.

It jogged a memory for me about my dear old parents — who once stayed in what turned out to be a full-blown brothel. Can I prove it? No. Do I need to? Absolutely not. The red lighting and mirrored ceilings said it all.

Then from Take A Break Fate & Fortune, we read a tale involving a vanishing… something. Possibly an Innuit? Possibly just an ice ghost. Either way, it’s a chilling one. That’s followed by a spooky sleepover tale that had me double-checking my cupboard doors.

Next, an email from Livvy May, who had a brush with the spirit world via an Ouija board (classic mistake). We get her on Zoom to hear the full ghostly download firsthand.

Then it’s time to solve more of your problems, spiritual and otherwise — some of them very human, some of them worryingly spectral.

We also hear from Stuart Harle in Blyth, who has a spooky story of his own, and then Barry from Watford pops up to promote the latest episode of his TalkSport podcast, Buckle Up with Barry, this time featuring Matt Berry. That’s right — actual Matt Berry, not a paranormal impersonator.

Then, it’s goodbyes all round and a track to see us out from Glowe, courtesy of Sundown Studios.

With thanks to:

Kathrine Boyle, Livvy May, Stuart Harle, Barry from Watford, Matt Berry
