Just as a mother grieves the loss of feeling her baby move inside her body—even while holding the child in her arms—there is a sacred tenderness when our creations leave us. They are no longer forming within us. They are living outside of us.

This episode is a guided practice to honor your creative center—the sacral space where ideas are conceived and nurtured. You are invited to thank the part of you that births visions. To bless the creation you have brought into form. To ask it what it needs from you now. And to feel the gratitude flowing in both directions—creator to creation, and creation to creator.
