Through breath, imagery, and cellular prayer, this episode invites you to gently release the old identity that carried you this far, bless it with gratitude, and allow it to fall away—just as clothes no longer fit a growing body. You are guided to imprint your cells with the blueprint of the new identity God has already shown you, while training your nervous system to feel safety in expansion.
This is not a prayer to rush the process.
It is a practice to stabilize inside it.
