Season 3 Episode 2: The Abeze Project

In this episode, Martinez interviews Ms. Shelia Leverette, CEO of The Abeze Project and Mental Health Services Coordinator of LaFayette High School. In addition to breaking the stigma attached to mental wellness, The Abeze Project focuses on helping people improve and balance mental wellness, emotional wellness, spiritual wellness, physical wellness, and even financial wellness. In addition to informing us about The Abeze Project, Ms. Leverette shares what it was like growing up with seven girls, being raised by her father and one of her aunts, and spending a lot of time with her grandmother.
