    Fire, smoke, water stained furniture…

    Marjory “Jori” Bradford has never been good at sleeping. And moving back to her small, haunted home town certainly didn’t help. When a new acquaintance went missing, Jori risked digging up her own ruined reputation to find him, only to lose everything once again. Now, with relationships scattered to the wind and her old nightmares more vivid than ever, Jori decides to do the one thing she was never brave enough for: Tell the truth about why she left, and take back her home.

    Meanwhile, Lawrence is hired to investigates a series of ritualistic murders across Atlanta. When an all-too-familiar pattern emerges, Lawrence realizes his bloody past in New Orleans may not be done haunting him.
