Growing up, Scott learned the art of crafting the perfect hamburger from his father, Guy, one of the pioneering franchisees who partnered with Kroc in the 1960s. Over three decades, Scott built an $80 million-per-year enterprise, mentored thousands of employees, and collaborated with countless individuals to strengthen the iconic Golden Arches brand.
