Four teams have clinched a playoff spot in the National League but we are still waiting on our first team to lock down a spot in the American League! The Little League World Series Champions are from the Asia-Pacific Region! Chinese Taipei shut-out Las Vegas, Nevada in the finals of the LLWS! These kids played really well and they have bright futures ahead of them in the world of baseball! The Tampa Bay Rays and Pittsburgh Pirates have called up their top prospects but only one is being used properly! September call-ups are just around the corner and more debuts are definitely on the way!

The Little League World Series is underway and these kids are playing some great baseball! There will be great games to watch all week long from Williamsport including the LLWS Classic between the Seattle Mariners and New York Mets! The Baltimore Orioles are also calling up some new faces to the show! Dylan Beavers and Sam Basallo are both top 5 prospects and will be expected to make an impact at the MLB level for years to come!

This week has been a full week of irritation! For Alec as a fan and for a number of the players throughout the MLB! Some of the biggest names in baseball are all going through a rough spot right now and it isn't pretty. The biggest team going through it is the New York Yankees. However, there is a bright spot to the week! Jen Powel made MLB History as an umpire this weekend being the first female umpire in a regular season MLB Game!
