Dr. Ben Carter is a Senior Scientist in Real World Analytics at Genesis Research, where he has been working since October 2022. He has extensive experience in big data analytics, quantitative research, and predictive modeling, with a strong background in statistical analysis and SQL. Prior to his current role, Ben worked as a Research Scientist in Data Science at Billings Clinic, where he led research teams and developed scalable data pipelines, significantly reducing dataset assembly time. Dr. David Hedges is a Data Science and Engineering Manager at Select Health. He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Utah. Passionate about healthcare innovation, Dr. Hedges is dedicated to expanding the Precision Medicine Initiative. In his spare time, he volunteers as a ski instructor with the Bridger Ski Foundation and has previously taught English with the Kosciuszko Foundation. Dr. Rylan Fowers is a distinguished Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Select Health, renowned for his expertise in AI and machine learning. With a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Arizona State University, his groundbreaking research has been published in prestigious journals. Dr. Fowers's career highlights include developing convolutional neural networks at the Mayo Clinic to detect rare brain diseases and pioneering predictive modeling techniques. His innovative work continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in the field of machine learning.
