Saying Good-Bye to Winter and Planting Seeds for Spring

In this episode we will be discussing ways to say good-bye to the winter months through reflecting and review while welcoming the spring energy. I will guide your through a meditation/visualization I have named “Moving From Winter to Seed”. We will discuss the current zodiac sign, which is the last zodiac sign in the zodiac wheel, and using that insight to root us through the month of March.
