Dr Monique Ryan is an Australian politician and former paediatric neurologist who serves as the independent Member of Parliament (MP) for the Division of Kooyong in Victoria. She was first elected in May 2022, defeating the then-Treasurer Josh Frydenberg, and was re-elected in 2025
