It is not usual for people in their 40s to change their career direction completely. Especially, when they are successful at what they are doing. But, then there are some people who follow their passion with all their might. Santosh Mahale did just that. He had a thriving career as a management consultant at Kearney in Australia. He has now taken a pause from work to commit fully to his passion and brought his solo art exhibition series called “Birdseye” to Bengaluru. His exhibition was hosted at Chitrakala Parishath from 20th November to 1st December 2024. How did Santosh reach to this point in his career? How did he decide on taking up art?
