    In John 5, we meet a man who has been looking for what he needs for the past 38 years. He's an invalid -- and he's come to a pool of water which he believes can heal him. But, something always gets in the way.

    We may not hold the same superstitious beliefs as the invalid from John 5 -- but to be sure - you and I are also on the lookout. We're looking for things to give us security, identity, and meaning. We're trying to find the "water" that will refresh and sustain us.

    In this sermon, Pastor Kevin dives into this story from John's Gospel - - to consider one man's quest for water and how it connects to us all.
