ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਰਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਅਸੀ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋ ਹਡਾਂ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅੱਜ ਅਸੀ ਸ਼ਾਬਦਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਸਾਡੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕਤਾ ਤੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਹਡਾਂ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਕਾਣ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਿਤਾਬ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਗੀਤਾ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਤ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ। ਅੱਜ ਸਾਡੀ ਨਿੱਕੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਰਚਨਾਕਾਰਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਮੁੱਲੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਜੋਂ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਲਾਈਬ੍ਰੇਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੀ ਧੂਲ ਥੱਲੇ ਦੱਬੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਈਆਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਉੱਪਰੋ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਝਾੜ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ,ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ, ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਲਵਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੀ ਯੁਵਾ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਭ ਸਕੀਏ | ਅਜੋਕਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਰੁਝੇਵਿਆਂ ਭਰਿਆਂ ਹੈ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਰੁਝੇਵਿਆਂ ਭਰੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਤੁਸੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਮਹਾਨ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਰੂਰ ਦੇਵੋਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਸੀ ਇਸ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਸਦਕਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਮਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਤੰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੋਹ ਸਕੀਏ।

We have been suffering from the pain of abusing Punjabi mother tongue for many years. Today, we are free but our psyche and our Punjabi are still suffering from this pain. Today, English is being given more priority as compared to Punjabi. the title of being a member of Punjabi is limited to a song only. A small effort to pass on the invaluable works of our great Punjabi literature. Let's shaking on the dust from the library's books and explore the great creations of literature's feelings, sorrows, and joys. So, in the future, we can learn our mother tongue and our cultural creations. Today's scenario, Everyone has a busy schedule. Hopefully, out of these busy lives, you will give some of your time to those great writers so that we can touch the strings of your mind through this initiative.
