In today's episode we are in conversation with Maureen Ceresini and Brenda Martin and we're talking about the importance of safeguarding our health.

It was quite by 'accident' that Maureen discovered that she had suffered what's known as a 'silent heart attack' and learnt the importance of taking care of her health.

Brenda, whom we met in one of our early podcasts, tells about her experience and that of her colleagues as they navigated the emotional quagmire of a negative Ofsted.
