    People who show back up years later only show back up to hurt you again, I don’t care about your lame apology or excuses, that’s why you are in the past. Changing numbers and finding other ways to remain in control and know what’s going on is pathetic. Get a life and move on, but you still need control. Not no more, I won’t be told how my life is going to be or how I should live my life. You are blocked for a reason, why do you think the way you are acting is creepy. Acting like a stalker is also creepy. It will get you no where expect a restraining order. Why do you think many of us are afraid to go out in public alone? When will you get it through your head to leave us alone and the answer will always be no. Everything you lose is the step you take because you will do anything to protect yourself. A cheater will always be a cheater while a boy who can’t handle being told no, will always be a boy. Time will never change what you did. Showing back up like nothing ever happened was a major mistake.

    The consequences I get when I survived the worse nightmare of my life. Being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and CPS (Central Pain Syndrome), from being in survival mode. Being mentally, physically, emotionally and sexually abused two weeks before my thirteen birthday, By someone I wasn’t related to. I don’t blame my parents. Still the flashbacks and nightmares waking up in sweat or crying still haunts me. I won’t go any deeper because it still hurts. You think years later you would be healed, but it’s the opposite. You are learning to break bad habits and to unlearn the way you were while you were in survival mode. Being blamed for something that you didn’t cause, or told it never happened or you’re not telling the whole truth, you were never there so how would you know? You still don’t feel safe, but you don’t blame yourself anymore. God got you out of this dark moment. You and him have a long history, but you survive because of God. To face this is realizing you will never get over this just like when someone passes away. You learn to be okay, but it will come back in waves. You are in a better place and that’s all that matters.

    Being kicked out four times your senior year at eighteen, many would say you deserve it or it should be that way. Christmas is just another excuse for individuals like this to do these awful things. I’m not innocent and I did make my mistakes, but I never deserved this, walking on eggshells, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Then a year later you meet up for it only to be about them. Flip the story to make them look innocent, then two years later you end the relationship. No part of you could ever go back to places that still haunt you. You don’t care about the senior reunion because you will never be there. You left for a reason. Going to college during your senior year was the best decision you made. Disappearing was the best option you made because either no one would believe you or it wasn’t a big deal. Why you’re out on your own you have freedom and you will never go back to memories that destroyed you.

    Putting my heart first, the spring time the beginning of a new chapter of life. Twenty-six, the year of the snake, being an Aquarius we don’t forget nothing. The glow up, the turn of a page. Different perspective a different view of life. Once the most difficult parts of life, became the most beautiful parts of life. Coconut perfume, a beach sunset, the rest is history. Earbuds on, sunglasses on and letting the world inspiring me, from different genres. Finally moving on from your past, a new sense of being whole. A whole new meaning of what it means to be healed. Different colors that describes this new part of life would be light blue or pink. The sunset of wonderful colors, you finally made it and did what you set out to accomplish and more. Finding your ray of sunshine can be hard to find, in the world today. Life will bring you down, people will try to quiet you, while critiquing you. Keep finding that ray of sunshine, don't let anyone tell you differently. Keeping shining, keep using your voice, keep standing up for what is right and don't let nothing change you. Finding the ray of sunshine, is finding peace with yourself and the mistakes you made past and present. You have purpose and don't let nothing change that. HEARTFIRST is finding your smile, and continuing to shine when the world around you wants to dim your light.
