Drawing from Joshua 4, we see that God called His people to stack stones as a memorial of His faithfulness, not just to mark a miracle, but to pass it on to the next generation. In the end, the question isn’t if something will remain, but what. As the year closes, we’re challenged to live with the end in mind, to remember where God has brought us from, and to build a life that leaves behind a story that continues to impact long after we’re gone.
