It got cold.
Happy Mooncake Festival 中秋节快乐！
The neighbour is smoking more.
Workouts in! 7.02km in 53.09. Afternoon light weights. Also hit the gym yesterday morning for a glute workout cause I find it hard to strengthen them any other way.
SLV 59 is out! I’m scaling back.
Off to the circus… play circus that is.
And off to Tiananmen tomorrow, what will we see and how will we get there?
