SNAP cuts in Somerton, council pay in San Luis and education on ballot

With the federal government shutdown still on, we look at the impact SNAP cuts will have at the Somerton Senior Center. Plus, on an otherwise quiet Election Day Tuesday, some voters in Yuma will vote on a measure for more funding for the Crane School District. In San Luis, voters will decide whether council members will continue to get pay, benefits and travel expenses.
