While a case had been built up to cause a jury to see the invovlement of Trump to incite a surrection on January 6, the votes for him to win the election for 2024 President mkaes him ineligitable for process as all efforts of the Left groups and the $20 million spend on the investigation went wasted in naught. Although counsel Jack Smith says it wasn't for nothing and he is still a convict in their eyes. Just one who is in the ivory tower of being President at the moment.

In the meanwhile others fear Trump will take into consideration the proposed Project 2025 by political think tank Heritage Foundation. Trump claims he doesn't need to rule with the outline of an outside group and is confident he can write his own dictatorship.
