The connective thread of humanity is the essence the spiritual connection. In Japan the only way we could communicate was through experiences! I learned how to not feel alone and for that I am so grateful. It showed me the fortitude and what I was made of and that I can do really hard things. We are so easily distracted its important we notice those distractions and then pause. Are you paying attention to a person you are listening to or are you paying attention to the thoughts you have about them. We don’t often experience full true presence with another and when we do it is so powerful. There is something really powerful in the reframe. It is very easy to get cynical and hardened by the world. I wanted to give language to the innate spiritual part of us. It’s important we recognise the light within us and encourage the light in others. What’s the contribution you want to make? There is connection with self and there is connection with others. Bravery is facing a fear, courage is doing something willingly and important to do. Service is a way of healing a part of those wounds, helping someone else. Creativity is the spice of life.
