Creating Captain Canuck

Richard Comely is a longtime comic book creator and artist. In 1975, he was one half of the creative team that brought the character Captain Canuck to the pages of comic books all over Canada. In 2012, Captain Canuck was brought back to life and returned to the pages of comics. Not just dealing with comic-book nemesis, Canuck also tackles real-world issues, including the recent trade wars that broke out in 2025 between the US and Canada.
