Kelly explains her philosophy for building a winning team culture, keeping the welfare of the student-athletes at the forefront, and being nimble enough to make decisions as a coach. The Women Coaches Academy and Academy 2.0 graduate talks candidly about how she is intentionally growing and readying herself to be a head coach while embracing her role as a LGBTQIA advocate.
