Cycling New Zealand track cycling coach Fionn Cullinane takes us through what 'regular' riders can learn from the pros, but also the important basics that shouldn't be neglected.
Fionn has been with CNZ for five years and is the current Sprint Development Coach. Anyone visiting Cambridge will have seen him around the pits, or pacing someone on the moto. It's his job to coach the next wave of Olympic sprinters and helps the up and comers develop from club riders to top pros.
