In this episode, Jennifer Ottenberg (aka Chickpea) and Tam Hixson share how they will be supporting UNSEENTTT podcast and survivors, the ways roller skating has impacted their lives, and details about their May 7th event in Beaverton, Oregon. Late in 2021, roller skating brought Jennifer Ottenberg (aka Chickpea) and Tam Hixson together. A dynamic synergy quickly grew from their instructor-student connection, which led to the vision and creation of a skate expo to benefit Brown Girls Rise (@browngirlrise) and UNSEENTTT.
