مِن أَبْنَاءِ سَيِّدِنَا آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ الَّذِينَ ذَكَرَهُمُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى فِي القُرْآنِ: هَابِيلُ وَقَابِيلُ. وَقَدْ وَرَدَ ذِكْرُ قِصَّتِهِمَا فِي سُورَةِ المَائِدَةِ، حَيْثُ تَحْكِي القِصَّةُ عَنْ أَوَّلِ جَرِيمَةِ قَتْلٍ فِي التَّارِيخِ، عِنْدَمَا قَتَلَ قَابِيلُ أَخَاهُ هَابِيلَ حَسَدًا وَظُلْمًا.
