S3 Ep4: Learning to be Humble

Sometimes we crave acceptance and we crave to be heard. We want to be listened to, but it's equally necessary and important to learn the importance of being able to LISTEN and be HUMBLE.

Living in the moment and understanding that focus is all important, and learning that being able to demonstrate our place in the world is as important as being able to show we can stand back and hear.

We explore how that can work, why it's important and why it's a skill as much as a shield or defence mechanism
