• Stef was motivated by a desire to improve her mental health and combat depression.
• By day 35 without alcohol she was free from almost all anxiety symptoms.
• By day 100, she felt proud of honoring her commitment to herself and achieving incredible milestones while remaining sober.

Going forward, Stef's relationship with alcohol will be limited and purposeful. She is happy to have learned so much about herself and is on the path to learning how to love herself.
