It’s a pastime many people enjoy as a way to unwind and connect with others. However, as most drinkers know, alcohol can be a fickle friend. We have all had a night out that started with a perfectly laid out plan only to end in chaos, am I right?  But what if that is because of our perception of what this substance is? What if alcohol isn’t a recreational substance but a plant medicine? How would the way we sit with this substance change?
