From his grandfather’s furniture store in Nanaimo that inspired MERIT’s name, to his own ventures in music, real estate, and hospitality, Tej has never let traditional markers like age, education, or experience hold him back. Instead, he followed his instincts and carved out a path that worked for him. Today, MERIT Brewing is a brewery, kitchen, and bottle shop that reflects the heart, art, and soul of Hamilton.
