In this conversation, I’m sitting down with Stefano Cantali (@scantali1 ), a recently retired pro hockey player. We’re discussing life after sport and the adaptation of shifting away from that athlete identity. His career being cut shorter than expected due to multiple injuries after 20 years in the sport, it’s a raw conversation showing the behind the scenes of someone currently going through something every athlete will eventually have to face. A story worth the listen for the passion and vulnerability he was able to bring to the table alone.
