This mini-episode is a meditation practice which helps the meditator to call back energy they've sent out into the world, feel into their energy body and natural energy boundary, strengthen that boundary, and ground deeply while also experiencing light elemental healing from "around the wheel".

This meditation practice is derived, in very large part, from the work of Christina Pratt.
